HOME will keep an Emergency fund. These monies will be set aside for use in an emergency or otherwise urgent situation. The HOME administrator only accesses this fund once the Executive Director has been consulted and both agree that the situation warrants the use of these funds.
The Benevolence Fund of HOME will consist of money which is specifically set aside for giving away as benevolent gifts. The administrators of HOME will utilize these funds in situations where they become aware of needs within the community which can be satiated or met by a one time gift of financial assistance.
The Benevolence Fund will also be utilized in the SHARE THE LOVE program carried out by HOME and it’s residents.
HOME will always work to ensure the health of it’s residents, and staff members. This fund will be made available in the event of any need for medical care which exceeds the general check-ups and basic annual care of residents of HOME.
HOME will always work to ensure the dental health of it’s residents. Regular Dental care is necessary and included in the budget for each child and the Administrators, however in the case of the need for major Dental care/repair; this fund may be accessed to cover the costs.
